Who is responsible
Futura Tickets S.L. (VAT B56827157), based in Madrid, Spain, is the controller of the data you leave on this site. You can write to us at hello@futuratickets.com.
What we collect and why
When you book a demo we store your name, company, email, your WhatsApp if you give it, your team size, your message, the language, the section you sent it from, the campaign parameters in the URL (if any) and the date. We use it for one thing: to contact you to arrange and run the demo and, if you go ahead, to set you up on the service. Legal basis: your consent and, if you subscribe, the performance of the contract.
Where the data ends up
Your request goes into our own CRM, hosted on Google Cloud servers in the European Union. If the CRM is unavailable at that moment, it is stored temporarily on Vercel (this site's hosting) and we notify ourselves by email via Resend. None of them use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
If you don't subscribe, up to twelve months after our last communication with you. If you subscribe, for the duration of the relationship and any applicable legal retention periods. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Analytics and cookies
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which set no cookies and don't identify visitors. Only if you accept the cookie notice do we enable Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used; you can decline and the page works just the same.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to hello@futuratickets.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
