The service
Futura WhatsApp is a cloud software service by Futura Tickets S.L. (VAT B56827157, Madrid) that lets a company manage its WhatsApp Business conversations, email and calls from a shared inbox with a CRM and an AI assistant. It runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API and is also subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.
Sign-up and account
Sign-up follows a demo. The customer appoints an administrator, who creates the users for their team and is responsible for their use of the platform. Credentials are personal and non-transferable.
Price and billing
The base licence is billed monthly in advance at the price published on the website at the time of subscription, plus applicable VAT. Additional users and numbers are billed in the month they are activated. There is no minimum term: the customer may cancel with effect at the end of the current monthly period.
Acceptable use
The customer agrees to use the service in accordance with the law and Meta's WhatsApp Business policies: messages to people who have given consent, no spam, no unlawful content and respect for the platform's sending limits. Meta may restrict a number that breaches its policies; Futura Tickets is not liable for such restrictions where they result from use contrary to those policies.
Data and protection
The data the customer manages on the platform is theirs. Futura Tickets acts as data processor under article 28 of the GDPR, with a data-processing agreement signed at sign-up. Data is hosted in the European Union and the customer can export it in full at any time and at the end of the service.
Availability and support
Futura Tickets takes reasonable measures to keep the service continuously available, gives advance notice of scheduled maintenance and provides ongoing support via WhatsApp and email. The service depends on third-party providers (Meta, telephony and hosting providers) whose incidents may affect availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, unless the law provides for another mandatory jurisdiction.
