How to choose in five questions
- Does the plan I am buying use the official WhatsApp Business API?
- How many users will I need in a year, and what do they cost?
- How are Meta's message fees paid, and does the provider add a commission? From 1 October 2026 service replies are charged too (Meta).
- Do I just need to distribute chats, or also email, calls and deals on the same record?
- Is there a minimum term, and can I export my data if I leave?
If you only need automated replies and you work alone, also look at Meta Business Agent: Meta's AI agent for WhatsApp and Messenger, free to start with a paid subscription planned, according to Meta. A CRM makes sense once there is a team, follow-up and sales to measure.
